The Center for Crops Utilization Research (CCUR) is located in Ames, Iowa. Interstate 35 runs north and south just east of Ames, and U.S. Highway 30 runs east and west just south of campus. If you are traveling to Ames via Interstate 35, take Exit 111B labeled "30 West." Travel west on Highway 30, then take Exit 146, the "University Boulevard/ISU" exit. Drive north on University Boulevard to Lincoln Way (the fourth traffic light). At Lincoln Way, turn left (west) past Hilton Coliseum and C.Y. Stephens auditorium. Turn right on Beach Drive and then left on Wallace Road. CCUR is located at 1041 Food Sciences Building.

Parking Options
Visitor Parking Permits
To park on campus, visitors (non-ISU employees) can request a Visitor Parking Permit by going to https://apps.parking.iastate.edu/visitor-permits. The request must be filled out by the visitor. The Visitor Parking Permit is valid in General Staff lots. The General Staff lots closest to the Food Sciences Building are Lots 50A and 50B located on Wallace Road. The lots can be located on the Iowa State University online interactive map at https://www.fpm.iastate.edu/maps/.
Memorial Union Parking Ramp
The Memorial Union Parking Ramp is located a short distance from the Food Sciences Building. All day parking is available for a fee. For information, visit https://www.mu.iastate.edu/parking--maps/parking/.
East Campus Parking Deck
Pay-by-the-hour parking is available in the East Campus Parking Deck, located across the street from the Food Sciences Building. For information, visit www.parking.iastate.edu/visitor.
Campbell Transit Hub – CyRide Park & Ride
Commuters can park at the designated (A3, A4, B4, B5, B6) parking lots at the Iowa State Center for free and take CyRide’s #23 Orange Route into campus. Overnight parking is not available in the commuter lots. For more information, visit CyRide’s web site at www.cyride.com.
