Top Secret Brewing Project

In collaboration with the Iowa State University Foundation, the Brew Laboratory has launched a program to develop beers unique to Iowa State University. We have sought inspiration from ancient sources that we can't reveal, but range from Belgian monks to Campaniles. However, we are happy to reveal the identity of the Brew Team and share action shots from the long days in the brewhouse.
